I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, where I learned early that real estate is more than property. It is how families build wealth, how neighborhoods hold their identity. That understanding stuck with me, and in 2023 I got my broker's license to do something about it.

What I kept seeing in the industry frustrated me. Buyers and investors could hire an agent or find a contractor, but almost never both under one roof. I started Zayalty Ventures to fix that: one firm that handles the purchase, the renovation, and the resale as a single coordinated process.

My buy-renovate-sell model means you are not juggling three vendors with three timelines and three budgets. I take the project from acquisition through permits, materials, staging, and marketing all the way to closing day. You bring the vision; I handle everything else.

I work across Chicago and the suburbs, serving clients throughout Illinois. This state raised me, and I bring that local knowledge to every project.
