This Wicker Park two-flat had been sitting empty for three years when we acquired it. The gut rehab replaced all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, the roof, and every window. We converted the layout to a single-family with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a full kitchen with commercial-grade appliances, and a rooftop deck looking out over the 606 Trail. The original brick facade stayed; everything behind it is new.
